Art of Cricket Celebrate World Cup History

July 18, 2019 by Angus Wilson in Art, Clothing

The creative folk over at Art of Football have crossed the boundary into the bat & ball space and created a number of designs that pay homage to the historic England World Cup victory.

Each design raises the bat to the historic victory on Sunday for England, featuring their signature ‘Pickles The Teddy Bear’ in the England ODI top, Ben Stokes’ cricket bat that tells an incredible story, and a number of paintings that capture those freeze-frame moments that will go down in English cricket history.

If you’re still suffering from the World Cup hangover, and haven’t stopped talking to everyone you walk past about THAT Super Over (and how the controversial 6 runs after the ball deflected from Stokes’ bat was perfectly fair) you may want to add one of these prints/items of clothing to your collection.

If you do, click here.
