Through The Lens: The Hundred

September 01, 2021 by Angus Wilson in Photography

Whichever side of the fence you sit on, The Hundred has proven to be a historic moment in modern cricket’s timeline. A brand new format targeted at a younger audience, putting gender on a level playing field and turning players into role models. The inaugural tournament delivered on its promises and entertained along the way.

Following the journey was photographer Matt Wild, capturing the action through his lens, in his unique aesthetic and immortalising split-second moments forever. Here are some of his finest captures from The Hundred.
